Most parents are on an eVoucher account with us now and they tell us how much to pay you and when and we send this via BACS. If a new parent joins you simply give them your 6 digit carer reference and postcode and they can link you as an approved carer and start paying you right away!
If a parent presents you with a paper voucher then this is simply redeemed on the online portal under Redeem My Vouchers. Payment will then be made to you via BACS.
If your parent isn't sure on how they add a new carer, please ask them to head to their help section on our portal for guidance.
