What happens once I have joined?

Once we have received your Childcare provider Agreement and a copy of your registration certificate, you will be sent a welcome email, containing your Childcare provider ID number. Please follow the link in this welcome email to set up your login details to access your online account. Once parents have added you to their accounts, they can make payments to your nominated bank account which will be paid to you via BACS. You'll be able to see remittances for these payments in your online portal. These will also be sent to your nominated remittance contact for the account.
