You can make this change online 24/7 after logging in to https://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/login/carer .
Once you're in head to Settings > My Details and at the bottom of the page will be your bank details to amend/update. Once you've entered the details click submit, the change will be effective immediately.
Please enter these details very carefully as we are unable to retrieve incorrect payment if they reach a live bank account.
If you've forgotten to update your bank details and a parent has made a payment to you, as long as the bank account under the old bank details is closed, the money will bounce back to us. Once you have updated your bank details, any payments that have bounced back to us will be included on our daily BACS run to be paid into your new bank details.
